1 Use of the App

PresentBook is a personal gift tracking application designed to help you save and organize gift ideas for the people in your life. You may use PresentBook for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app
• Use the app to store or share content that is harmful, offensive, or violates the rights of others

2 Accounts & Data

PresentBook operates primarily as a local-first application. Your gift data is stored on your device by default. When you create an account, you enable optional cloud backup functionality.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring the email address associated with your account is accurate

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3 Premium Subscription

PresentBook offers a Premium subscription that unlocks additional features including unlimited people, events, and ideas, plus an ad-free experience.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or as a one-time lifetime purchase
• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

4 Intellectual Property

All content within PresentBook — including but not limited to the app design, graphics, text, and code — is owned by PresentBook and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your personal data (gift ideas, people, events) remains yours. We do not claim ownership over content you create within the app.

5 Ads

The free version of PresentBook displays advertisements served through third-party ad networks. These ads help us keep the app free. By using the free version, you consent to the display of these ads.

Premium subscribers receive an ad-free experience.

6 Disclaimer of Warranties

PresentBook is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PresentBook and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

8 Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of PresentBook after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9 Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the United States.
